The service provided was highly unsatisfactory and cycle build quality was extremely poor

The service provided was highly unsatisfactory. Within just one month, the seat got damaged and the vendor was not ready to do anything after many follow ups, vendor is difficult to reach as most of the time phone number is either not reachable or he does not pick up the call. This is the 7th month and front wheel itself came out and my son got head injury as he fell down due to wheel got dismantle while riding the cycle. Please find attached photo for the same. Again today when i tried to call vendor, his phone is switched off. I strongly recommend not to buy this bicycle as its very poor quality and service.
