Vesco Cycles – Shipping Policy

At Vesco Cycles, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for every customer. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across India through our trusted courier partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Shipping Charges

We provide Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.
Our goal is to make your purchase simple, affordable, and hassle-free.


3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All confirmed prepaid orders are dispatched the next working day (except Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday–Saturday).


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 4–5 working days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier serviceability, and external factors such as weather or transportation delays.


5. Courier Partners

We have partnered with multiple reputed courier companies across India.
Our logistics system automatically assigns the fastest and most reliable courier to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via:

  • Email, and

  • WhatsApp message (to your registered mobile number)

You can use these details to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches you.


7. Packaging & Delivery Inspection

All Vesco Cycles products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
Upon delivery, please accept the sealed package and inspect the product immediately after opening.

If you find any damage or missing parts, kindly report it to us immediately by emailing customersupport@vescocycles.com, along with photos or videos of the issue.

This will help us assist you quickly under our 7-day replacement policy.


8. Payment Mode

To ensure a smooth delivery process and prevent fake orders, we currently accept only prepaid orders.
This helps us maintain free shipping benefits for our genuine customers.


9. Self Pickup Option

Customers in or near Ludhiana, Punjab can opt for self-pickup from our warehouse.
Please contact our customer support team in advance to schedule your pickup time and location details.
